Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This page is available in English.
These terms apply when you use PinkyLock, a service run by [Operator name and postal address, to be added before launch]. By creating or sealing a card, you agree to them.
1. What PinkyLock is
PinkyLock lets two people turn a promise or a friendly challenge into a card and seal it with a pinky swear. It’s for fun between people who know each other. A pinky swear is not a legal contract, and PinkyLock is not a party to it: we don’t decide who won and we don’t enforce what anyone owes.
2. No real money and no gambling
PinkyLock never handles, holds or transfers money between people. What the loser owes should be a favor, a treat or a playful penalty. You must not use PinkyLock for gambling or for anything involving real money, and you must not offer anything illegal as what the loser owes.
3. Your cards
- You are responsible for what you write on a card.
- Don’t create cards that are dangerous, harmful, illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing, or that pressure someone into something risky.
- Don’t include other people’s personal details without their permission.
- Anyone with a card’s link can see it (see the Privacy Policy).
We may hide or remove cards that break these rules and limit access for people who misuse the service.
4. Age
PinkyLock is not directed at children under 13.
5. Availability
We work to keep PinkyLock running, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what people do or don’t do about their cards. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
6. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country, to be added before launch], without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
